This 8 week series is the perfect intro or re-boot to your bellydance practice and a fantastic way to love your body with refinement, toning and grace. A solid foundational course covering the ins and outs of bellydance anatomy, with a focus on conditioning, structure, carriage and fluidity. Vinyasa yoga therapeutics are always included in each class to ensure pure bellydancer bliss.
